The Naked Hoof can help you with preparing/improving your property to obtain optimal natural boarding aspects of your property. We will help you in getting the most out of the sometimes limited space people have.

What we can do for you:

• Take extensive photos of your property and then draw scale model of your property (or use maps provided by you) with some or all of the features below
• Advise on "horse friendly" fencing and gates
• Add water features that will force animals to get their feet wet
• Add features that will force movement on rocks and hard ground
• Provide for maximum movement of stock for exercise
• Provide for foot soaking facilities
• Provide plans to renovate or build appropriate shelters
• Provide advice on planting of grasses, herbs and placement of free range minerals.
• Check with local zoning laws to ensure compliance

Full written reports with drawings and pictures complete with options can be provided including planned stages for implementation. Our agents can work with your contractors to bring about a successful rehabilitation of your property. Your horses will enjoy comfortable surroundings that are as close to natural living conditions in the wild as we can get it.

Fee Structure: GST included
excludes mileage charge of $.35 a km to and from site.

One off consultation on-site with verbal advice and a follow-up written report of that advice:	$70
Consultation on-site with complete work up including drawings and pictures, with options and planned stages for implementation:	$200
All of the second option above and close consultation with contractors in implementation	$495

NOTE: Our expertise is in knowing what is the best natural living conditions for your horse. We can show you how to obtain optimal living conditions for equines. We do not have detailed expertise in horticulture, land management, dam construction, or fencing construction. These needs will have to be provided by qualified experts that we can help locate if needed.
