• I understand that these instructions will NOT be confused with certification or qualification to any barefoot trimming training program or protocal.
  
• I understand that the instructions on the next web page are only designed to give some basic knowledge of how how to start the process of doing a natural trim on a horse hoof, how I can bring it to its optimal shape.
• I hereby waive my rights and recourse to civil or legal action, and claims against The Naked Hoof and its appointed agents rising from unsuccessful attempts in using methods, teachings, or demonstrations seen in a personal way with any equine animal as seen from webpages posted on The Naked Hoof web site.
• I understand that horses can be dangerous and unpredictable animals, and that any injury sustained by myself as a result of handling or being in the vicinity of horses or similar species when attempting to follow the instructions given on web pages of The Naked Hoof is not the responsibility of The Naked Hoof, its Webmaster, Director or agents.
• I understand that the hands-on work with horse feet involves the use of sharp and potentially dangerous tools. Any injury sustained by myself during horse hoof trimming, as the result of the misuse of these tools is NOT the responsibility of the The Naked Hoof, its Webmaster, Director or agents
